Student accommodation in cardiff

This accommodation at Adam street gardens is amazing. I am disappointed to have to find a replacement for myself as I am going to a different university.
This room is currently at my price of £124 a week for 40 weeks equalling to £4,960.
The price for getting this room through unite students is £140 for 43 weeks equalling £6,020.
This room is a double bed ensuite with lots of storage, desk space, wardrobe and under bed storage.
The bathroom consists of a toilet and sink, 3 big cupboards with mirrors for doors. Also includes a rainforest shower and regular shower head, to fit you preference.
All bills are included with fast wifi.
This room gives you access to the flat kitchen which will be shared with 5 other people. Giving two fridges and freezers. Multiple storage space each and other facilities include a toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and television in the communal living space.
In the building is the common room and the laundry facilities which makes it close by.
Finally. The building is surrounded by some lovely greenery and enclosed behind secure gates.
