Double room available for July 1st in a chill professional 3 bedroom flat share. Albany Road, Cardiff.

Our friend is moving out and we're looking for someone to take up the room! Need to sign the tenancy asap otherwise the flat will be rented out elsewhere.

Super fast Virgin internet.
Joined kitchen/ living room
Spare room available to hang out in/ have guests round.
1 bathroom with shower
We also have all the normal things like a microwave, washing machine, dryer etc.

I WFH currently but super busy so won't see me much, after work i like to either play on the xbox, watch movies, go to the park or to the pub 😊
Other housemate is a mechanic! He likes to game a lot when he's home, or cook food and study.

Tenancy will be signed through an agency so your deposit will be safe.

We put in £150 a month to cover bills. So 550 total. :)
