The house:
Rent is managed by the landlord who we deal with directly. The homely, clean 4-bed house is split over two floors with a big living room and a lean-on room at the back. There’s a lovely garden which catches the sun until late in the evening. The kitchen is spacious with a dining table and has plenty of freezer space. There are 2 bathrooms on the second floor. One with a bath, one with a shower, both with toilets.
The housemates:
Friendly, male professionals in our 30’s. We are looking for a sociable, tidy and easy-going housemate who is up for having a laugh, hanging out and sometimes cooking meals together.
The area:
Located near the Co-op on Splott Road, it’s a 30 min walk to central and less than 10 mins walk to the nearest Lidl.
Rent: £350 per month (council tax and broadband included)
Bills: Utilities around £50 per month
