Hi there!

I’m Jamie! I’m a 28-year-old professional animator and illustrator currently looking for relaxed, chilled, creative lovelies who’d be interested in taking over my housemates' tenancies.
I’m currently renting on Denton road where we now have three double rooms available from the 1st October onwards.
Sadly these rooms are only available to professionals I'm sorry to say.

The house is comprised of 4 double bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a garden (though the garden is a tad overgrown I’ll grant you).

The house is only about a 20-minute walk from the town center and is located in a lush and friendly neighborhood area.

Parking wise there is plenty of space as many of the roads nearby are permit-free. Shops-wise, Denton road is located just off Cowbridge road and has a local Tesco metro round the corner, Lidl, and a CoOp a bit further in the opposite direction.

Rent is £275 every month and bills are currently as follows:

Internet: £41 (£10.25 each)
Gas/electric: £62 (£15.50 each)
Water: £55.82 (£13.95 each)
Council tax: £163 (£40.75 each)

Total £80.45 Monthly

All rooms are furnished with beds, wardrobes and desks. Two of the bedrooms are large single rooms while the third is comprised of a smaller bedroom but with a living space of its own attached to it.
I’ve attached a few photos showing the basics but will be updating soon with more photos of the other two bedrooms.
