Facilities include bath with shower (bathroom shared with just 1 other person), microwave, tumble drier, full central heating, garden. BT wifi internet connection is in place. All services are close eg walking times - supermarket/shops 15 mins, bus stop 4 mins ( Routes 62, 63, 122 and 124) and train stations 15mins Danescourt / 20 mins Radyr (free parking)
If you have one bike this can be kept in the garage.
You need to be clean, tidy, clean & clear up as you go and considerate of other lodgers (noise etc eg no playing of musical instruments).
Cost - £520 per month inclusive of all but consumables (Reviewed annually). Rent includes Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas, TV License and Internet.
Deposit £550 and 4 weeks notice.
All professionals not a party house. We all get on well, though some of us (me included) are hardly ever there.
Long term lets greater than 3 months are preferred
