Large room to rent in lovely house with cats

The Room

Hello we are looking for a cat loving person to come and stay in our book filled house in Canton. Would ideally suit international post graduate student or early career professional. It’s a large room, with wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. I own the house with my partner, who lives here some of the time, and we also have a female lodger, who is a student. I work in the arts, my partner is an academic. We are easy going and friendly. The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and there is a great community spirit on the street. We have a lovely cleaner, Rita, who comes once a week. We have WiFi, NetFlix, Amazon Prime etc. it’s a 25 minute walk to Cardiff Central station, and 3 minutes from main bus routes, Chapter Arts Centre, and lovely local parks and pubs. References essential. Can do meetings in person or on Teams
