We are Curtis, Billy and Tom!
We will all be moving out of our big 3 bedroom house at the end of June and are now looking for 3 lovely people to take on the lease!
So, the house -
Its a big 3 bedroom terrace house in a quiet area of Canton, very close to amazing restaurants and Chapter Arts Center!
There are 3 big bedrooms, 2 of which will have double beds and one bedroom has a king-size bed. All complete with storage!
A tidy bathroom with a good shower!
A big comfy living room with a big corner sofa perfect for watching films and chilling! Also a handy downstairs toilet.
A dining room which leads onto a big well-eqiupted kitchen with washing machine and lots of storage space!
There is also a small garden which gets some rays in the summer, perfect for chilling in.
About us:
We are all third-year university students, Curtis and Billy are studying Documentary Photography and Tom is studying to be a City Planner! We have all loved living here and now ready to give the place up to 3 new people :)
The contract will be taken over by the new tenants and will run for a minimum of 6 months, you can have longer if you prefer!
Bills and council tax are not included, normally around £60 per person. If you are all students you do not have to pay council tax!
