Cardiff centre's only a 30-40 min walk away.
You'll often have the house to yourself. I work away Monday to Friday but am around most weekends. My brother stays in the house Monday to Friday and is away over the weekends.
I have two cats who'll be around when I am. They're sphynx cats so there wont be issues with fur and they're also very friendly.
