I am leaving my tenancy in the next week and looking for someone to come in and take over.

It's just off of North Road in Cardiff which means it has excellent transport links, it's walkable distance to the great food available on whichurch Road and the big Tesco, it's near Bute Park, and if you're a student at Cardiff Met's Llandaff campus, this is the perfect location to roll out of bed and turn up to lectures.

The current tenant you'd be living with is very positive and bubbly, she is a working professional who also likes to do yoga. She would prefer a housemate that doesn't smoke but is open to sharing with pets.

If you're interested I will be commencing viewings from next week while I work from home. Move in date is stated as the 15th but i can be flexible if you need it sooner or later.

If you're interested in taking the room, it will be conditional on you meeting the current tenant first to see if you get along
