Hi All,
I’m looking for one new housemate to take up a new tenancy with myself and my current housemate in Canton. The house is with a private Landlord who I have known for 4 years and he couldn’t be more helpful. It will be a joint tenancy between the 3 of us in the house for 12 months (however the landlord is normally flexible around early exits).
The room is available either furnished or unfurnished. The rest of the house is furnished by me and has everything you would need.
The house is a 15 minute walk into the city centre and is based off cowbridge road east with some great eating spots.
Rent is £525 each + bills which are £175 each per month, which includes TV, Internet, Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, and a communal area cleaner every 2 weeks.
The room is available from 7th March 2025 but could be available earlier / later as our current housemate is moving in with their partner so is flexible)
I work in Sales so work quite long hours during the week and my housemate works for a bank, we both mostly play sport on the weekends. We both enjoy cooking and keeping the house tidy. Keen to find people who are chatty and sociable who can enjoy the communal space but respect the others in the house.
Send through a message with a little bit about yourself and we can set up a viewing in the evenings or weekend.
