Double room in 3 bed Pontcanna House

Double room available in our Pontcanna House. I’m moving up to Manchester so housemates Elliott and Trystan are looking for a replacement!

House is lovely, on Severn Grove right in the heart of Pontcanna. There's a shared living room and kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, decking and small garden! The available room is on the 3rd Floor. Comes with a big double bed, as well as a huge amount of storage. Rent is £500, with about £200 Bills on top for Energy, Council Tax, and Wifi.

There's plenty of places to eat and loads of great pubs (Pipes, Robin Hood, Crafty Devils etc). We have huge parks a minutes walk from the house, as well as a Gym and a Squash club. There’s also a Coop on our doorstep!

We're looking for a young professional to move in. Current Housemates are Trystan, 28, an Engineer and Elliott 26 who is studying for his PHD in Exercise Physiology, whilst working 3 days a week as a Lab Technician at Cardiff Met.

We're a sociable and active house who enjoy watching sport, Football, F1, Tennis (whatever is on really), keeping active, mainly CrossFit and Running, as well as cooking or having a few drinks!

Looking for someone sociable, active but also considerate and tidy!
