Furnished double room, in dog occupied house

Hello all.

My names Elliot and I am looking for a housemate to join me and my dog Gibson in my current property.

It is a double room at the rear of the property, over looking the garden. The room itself is furnished but this is flexible

The house itself has two living areas, a kitchen, bathroom and garden. There is ample on street parking and it is only 20 minutes walk from Cardiff city centre.
Rent is £425 each, bills come to £164 or thereabouts so total in at £588

I am a professional working at a law firm in the city centre Monday-Friday 9-5 with shifts split between working from home, my Cardiff office and my Bristol office.
I’m laid back and enjoy socialising but also happy to do my own thing as I’m big into music, working out, cooking and all the usual spiel.
