Female housemate wanted for lovely house in Roath!

Looking for 1 new housemate to move into a lovely 6-bed house in Roath. The available room is a ground floor, double bedroom. There is a bathroom adjacent to the kitchen that nobody else uses so you wouldn't have to share a bathroom!

The house is 3 stories, with a shared kitchen and separate living room. It also has a dishwasher, laundry room and small garden. It's very close to local shops, cafes and parks which is ideal in the spring!

Rent is £395 a month excluding bills. Council tax, water, electricity/gas and wifi is roughly £100 a month each .

We are mostly young professional gals and therefore will be looking for the same so we can split council tax etc. We are all very friendly and sociable and hope to find people with similar interests.

We have been living here for the last year and have loved it, with good communication from the landlord and in a nice area.
Tenancy will start mid-December and ends mid-July (but we are considering asking to extend this to September so let me know if this works for you!).
