Lovely double bedroom from 1st February

If I have shown interest, but haven’t messaged you, it’s because I don’t have an early bird account, but I can message you back.
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lovely house in a residential area of Cardiff. Close to all amenities: Tesco, Aldi, B&M, Greggs, KFC, Gym, park all can be reached within two minutes walk. Public transportation is just round the corner, but walking to town doesn’t take more than 35-40 minutes. Close to Cardiff University and UHW and super close to Cardiff Metropolitan University.

It’s a clean and tidy house and we all share the housework weekly. There’s a bike rack and parking is easy in front of the house. You’ll have a designated shelf in the fridge, freezer and cupboard. You must be a dog lover because my daughter and her dog are regular visitors.

We’re looking for a sociable, clean and tidy, strictly non smoking (including joints and vape) house mate who besides taking their work/studies seriously doesn’t only want a roof above their head but would be happy to have a chat/board game night with existing house mates; a person, who cannot only respect the house rules but also the other people’s privacy and boundaries. This is not a party house, more like a family home and we’re all sociable individuals. We’re super chilled and very friendly.

The small room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and the house comes with a big kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, conservatory and garden.
We have a washing machine, dishwasher, and I can give you beddings and towels as well if you don’t want to bring them with you (especially from abroad).

There’s a student nurse who also lives here.
