Double Room in Cathays

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from December/January (dates are flexible).

The flat is on Colum Place, on the ground floor with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It’s a shared bathroom but the two other bedrooms have sinks and one of them has a shower so the bathroom is rarely busy. My room is at the back of the flat and is the brightest out of all three and there is a small garden which it looks out on. The kitchen and living area is open plan. The flat is fully furnished and the room has good storage.

It’s a ten minute walk away from Cathays train station and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop. The city centre is a 20 minute walk.

Looking for a female student or professional who is friendly and tidy.
