Double bedroom available in a 4 bed house in Roath

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the end of December/ beginning of January (dates are flexible).

The house is on Cressy Road (near Roath Recreation Ground) with four bedrooms, two shared big bath rooms, a separate kitchen, dining room and living room. The room is at the back of the house, over looking the small garden. The house is fully furnished and there is a good amount of storage space. There is on street parking available. We share bills (currently gas, electric, water, broadband and council tax) which comes to around £100 each per month.

The current housemates are three females working in a range of professions (one of which works at home during the week and one who works at home part time). They are all friendly, open minded and outgoing people who enjoy being outdoors and taking part in different sports. They are all respectful of whatever everyone wants to do - whether that is socialising or chilling in their rooms.

Looking for a professional that is friendly and tidy! Deposit is £450 and referencing and checks will be have to be done by the agency.
