Room in a 2 bedroom flat for rent 6weeks +

I am off from university 20 December until 30th of January. So it’s a minimum of 6 weeks - possible for the right person to take over the tenancy until the end of April if that’s all I can arrange.

These dates can be extended either side- we can come to an agreement.

There is one other guy living here [23] but he’s away a lot in December and January as he tours around the uk with his job. Very chill and easy to live with, lovely guy.

In llanishen in fidlas road- reservoir is behind- very quiet area and plenty of places nearby to run/cycle or do shopping.

Looking to get someone to come and view asap- has to be someone chill, easy going vibe, not OCD, although the flat is always kept clean.
