Living Room

The room available is the back bedroom upstairs. The double-bed and mattress currently in the room belong to the previous tenant, but she’s willing to sell them for a decent price.

There is a large communal kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, airfryer, dining table, washing machine etc, which leads to a small garden at the back of the property. The living room at the front is also communal, with two sofas and a large screen TV for everyone to use. The bathroom has a bath and shower, and there is a small guest room on the middle floor.

The house is located in the heart of Canton, just off Cowbridge Road with many shops/restaurants/takeaways nearby, and very good transport links to the city centre (5-10mins on bus/20-25min walk).

The house is currently occupied by two male professionals, one from the UK and one from India.

Council tax and all other bills are split evenly between tenants.
