We have a room free in our house from January 2025 to the end of June 2025 and we'd like to make it available. We are in our 40s and like to keep things QUIET, especially when we are working - we work from home.
Also, we don't drink alcohol and wouldn't want any alcohol in the house. If you drink LIGHTLY socially that could be ok, though we'd prefer someone with the self-awareness to know how bad alcohol is for health AND how it increases risks, including in the house.
We're mainly vegetarian, though we don't mind meat/ fish in the house BUT not to cook meat or fish due to hygiene and smell issues.
If you are vegetarian or vegan that would be best!
We have fast Virgin broadband, and this and all other bills are included. We also have washing machine and drying facilities.
We also have a space for storing bikes which is a great way to get around from here... we're right on the Taff trail.
We'd want some kind of reference (e. g. work), and also shorter stays of a month or more would be fine.
