Fairwater - Spare room in friendly house

Comfortable semi in Fairwater, on a regular bus and train route plus close to Taff Trail for easy cycle access to city centre. Double room is furnished but can be adjusted to suit.
Nice big shower room next door.
Downstairs we share a large well-equipped kitchen-diner. I live here with my 24 yr old son and we are both keen on cooking, mostly vegetarian food.
Separate large lounge with wood-burner and telly.
French windows from kitchen-diner to south-facing back garden with patio - lovely for summer outdoor eating and relaxing.
We are flexible, easy-going people, looking for a lodger who is confident and friendly. It is fairly tidy and quite clean but I'm not rigorous - just need you to do your fair share of the housework and clean up after cooking. We are quite quiet but full of humour and looking for someone who is comfortable to chat when we meet in the spared spaces.
