Hi, my name is Catherine and I live in a modern town house just off Caerphilly Road in the Heath area of Cardiff. I am looking for a friendly, non-smoking person to join us. I have a double room available that would be ideal for a weekly commuter. It is spacious and well furnished with plenty of storage. Furniture includes a high quality drawer divan bed, fitted double wardrobe, bedside table with drawers and a large chest of drawers. The room is bright and attractive. You will share a modern bathroom with one other person. The kitchen/diner is large and has a TV. The lounge is stylish and contains a large, smart, flat screen TV. The furniture and beds are super comfy, attractive and of very high quality. Wifi and all bills are included. It has cost me a fortune and you will love it! This modern house has dedicated parking spaces. It is within walking distance of the hospital and only a 15 minute drive approx. or short bus journey into town. If you prefer to take the train, you can easily walk to the station. The house is very close to supermarkets and Marks and Spencer if you fancy a foody treat. Eastern
Avenue and access to the M4 are very close. It is a great area of Cardiff.
