Room available 15th March in shared house Roath

We have room one available from 15th March for s student. Room 5 will also be available from 1st April (allow an extra £40 for Council Tax if you are not a student). The prices shown are until June only. If you want a longer tenancy, we can arrange that, but it will reflect the higher rates to be charged from July. Bills for electricity, gas, broadband, water and sewerage are included. Council Tax isn't included, so if you are a professional, please allow an extra £40. There is a £350 deposit. There are no fees to pay.
There are three student bedrooms on the ground floor, which has its own lounge, kitchen, shower room and toilet. Upstairs, there are another 5 bedrooms suitable for professionals or students, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
Each bedroom has a double or small double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and chair.
There are two lounges and two kitchens; two washing machines and a tumble drier are provided. There is a large bathroom (bath with overhead shower, wc and basin), a shower room and separate w/c.
Outside there is a patio garden with a table and seats. There's also a bike shelter with direct access via a garden gate to the road.

Cardiff Uni is a 15 mins walk and for cyclists, there is plenty of under cover bike storage.
Just round the corner are the Albany Road shops, together with all the take-aways you could ever need, and Roath Park recreation ground is a few mins the other way.
