Double rooms in a quiet houseshare available!

Hi,

Two double bedrooms are now available :)

The bedrooms are partially furnished, with double beds and wardrobes. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor, one at the front of the house and the other at the back, with a door to the garden.

The house is of an old type, but has everything we need: double glazed windows, washing machine, tumble dryer, broadband, back garden, etc.
There's also an art studio for everyone to use if they like.
The house hasn't been refurbished in a while, which is reflected in the price.

The location is great: 3 min walk to many takeaways, grocery shops, post office, charity shops and bus stops. It's about 15 min bicycle ride/20 min bus ride into the city centre. Bute Park is only about 8 min walk away. Close to Universities and Heath Hospital.

I'm looking for two new housemates who are veggie/vegan, LGBT friendly, quiet and tidy. It's important you like cats - because I have 4 of my own and sometimes I foster kittens (before they go to their forever homes).

I enjoy both socialising and chilling on my own, going out and staying in. I'm a very friendly person, creative and fun.

It's a pet friendly place - as long as pets are cat friendly :)

The monthly cost is £366 for rent + bills.
