I have a double bedroom available in a four bedroom house on Arabella Street in Roath, Cardiff.

The three other tenants are professionals in their mid 20's. They are pleasant and sociable individuals.

The house is a Victorian mid terraced property. The communal areas are all well kitted out and the garden consists of a decked area with pub benches. It's about a 2 minute walk to Roath Park, a 10 minute walk to the University and a 20 minute walk to the City Centre.

The bedroom, which is the one pictured, comes with a double bed, mattress, desk, chair, bedside table, shelving and a wardrobe. Furniture can be removed and/or added to as required.

The room is priced at £290 per month plus bills. Bills work out at roughly £40 - £50 per person per month. The security deposit required is £290, which will be protected via the DPS. There are no other hidden charges such as agency fees / admin fees / guarantor fees / referencing fees etc; everything is included in the price stated.

I own the property so you will be dealing with me directly throughout the process.
