Mon-fri let preferred (£500 pcm bills inc), but happy for full-time let with the right person (£650 pcm bills inc).
Single occupancy only, no couples. You must be a professional / in full-time work with regular hours. Strictly non-smoker only. You also need to like cats - I have a very quiet and docile indoor cat.

Double room, has brand new furnishings, (double bed, 6 drawer unit, large double wardrobe, side table/desk), and personal shower, toilet and sink.

Parking available on streets directly outside property. Quiet area, only 5min walk to lots of local shops and restaurants/bars in Canton, including the popular Chapter Arts Centre. City centre is 20 min walk. Very close to bus stops and train station.
Easy motorway access.

I work full time in NHS (mon-fri, regular hours). I have a busy social life, but when I'm home, I enjoy the quiet down time, and am quite a private person. If you are new to Cardiff, I would be happy to introduce you to people and events, as I am a host on a social website.
