I'm looking for a lodger ( no couples ) who would want to share a well presented and spacious house with a young 48 year old professional male and his partner.
Its a furnished double room available inc TV and internet. Layout of the house allows you to be private or mix whatever suits as there are two main rooms. The house has GCH, a large back garden and drive, enough for 3 cars.
I also have a cleaner that comes every other week to do all the essentials.
Local to all the main restaurants, bars etc and short walk into town or to the parks (Llandaff fields etc)
Im a non smoker, very clean and tidy chilled out GSOH person and the room would suit a similar working professional.
£700 all inc bills , will also consider short tenancy agreement or Monday to Friday
No DSS. No Smokers, No Pets of any kind.
