A long standing professional house-share back in action, this lovely house has had professional sharers for 20 years.

Now totally upgraded with a funky retro feel. Looking just for the final flatmate.

The house is a beautiful and tasteful professional house-share a few minutes walking distance from the City Centre and within equal easy reach of Cardiff Bay as well. The iconic image of the Ricer Taff and the Principality stadium dominates the feel of the house.

There are two bathrooms in the house each with power showers, one newly installed walk in shower and one and the other bathroom has a power shower in the whirlpool bath.

There is a well equipped newly upgraded kitchen with a US style fridge, a second fridge freezer, a brand new Range cooker with large 5 burner gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher and a large dining room table and benches.

A lovely trendy lounge area with a new mid century modern theme leads on to the south-facing mature garden which is landscaped with well maintained pots and flowers and birdsong. The spacious lounge with leather sofas has a 55 inch OLED TV with a huge BT Ports package and central to the social aspect of the house.

There is also plenty of on-street parking nearby. The garden is maintained throughout the year and is a real added space when the weather is good and great for drying washing as well! There is a barbecue set available and weather permitting there have been regular barbecues over the years.
A Tesco Metro is 5 minutes away and there are many eateries including Indian, Chinese, fish n chips all within easy distance.
The award winning Grange Pub is close by and serves excellent food, real ale and is a very popular meeting place. It is an easy stroll from the house and a great place to visit. An Easy gym is a 10-15 walk along the river.

Cardiff Central train station and Cardiff bus station are also both within easy walking distance.

Cardiff Bay is a pleasant 10 walk down the river.

The house is on the Taff Trail so excellent for those who like cycling. Sorry bikes in the hallway are a definite no no , but alternative solutions can be discussed.

Ultimately I am looking to setting up a great social friendly professional house share. All current occupants repliedeither with a profi, e or a detailed description of what they would bring to the house . So a friendly detailed enquiry telling me what you can bring to the house will more likely get a reply than a one liner or cut and paste response. Three major things I want reliability, friendliness and cleanliness. This is a beautiful house and I discriminate against nobody exception being disrespectful slobbery.
