We have lived together for two years but one tenant (Female 27) is now moving out to live with her boyfriend and therefore I am looking to get someone to take her place and renew the tenancy with me (male 39).
I am looking for a housemate with a secure job who will have no problem with paying the rent, friendly, and of course honest and trustworthy.
Lots of things are included in the monthly rental including cleaning products, bin bags, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc etc and by the time you add up the 'extras' that you need to pay for in other properties, you realise how much this is a bargain :)
There is a small very friendly dog who lives at the house too. She is a rescue and will expect belly rubs on a regular basis.
