This lovely double room is available for single person occupancy.

A more of a home from home type of place that’s clean, chilled, and set in a leafy suburb, the house is very well maintained and comes with washer, dryer, dishwasher, with a Tv in your room, loads of storage, super fast wi-fi, and 1000s of DVD films, private gardens with a Chimnea, BBQ, dinning / chilled seating area, and a parking area right outside. *All amenities / bills are included ..
Super fast Wi-fi, council tax, electric, gas, water, tv licence .

There’s the option of a few evening meals if needed as I just love cooking.

Must be an animal lover!
I have chilled cats that tend to sleep most of the time, but they do have their happy / mad moments from time to time, they are banned from your room unless you need cat therapy / cuddles of courses.🥰

We are close to ———- *Cardiff Cyncoed Campus-UNI, is a 20 min walk .. . *M4, (3mins drive). *Newport Road, (5 mins drive ). *Albany Road, (10mins drive ) *Heath Hospital. (5 mins drive ) *Harvesters,(3 mins walk ) *Roath Park.(10mins drive). *Cardiff City Centre / Cardiff Bay
( 20 mins by bus, 10-15 by car )
Taxi is £10 from Cardiff City Centre..... ***Great bus service nearby that runs every 10 mins , Bus No’s 57 ,58, 59 , X1,. *Swimming pool and gym and 2Hotels
(10 mins walk) All the above have a mixture of quaint little shops, shopping parks, supermarkets, cafe's, restaurants, wine bars pubs, clubs and all on great bus route.

😊 There’s beautiful river walks, a fishing lake, cycling routes right on our doorstep..

The term of let is negotiable,
and could suit Mon- fri let too if required ,
at a reduced rate ,
a deposit of £200 is required .........
