We have one double room available from 1st July but flexible either side.

We are looking for non-smoking, clean, friendly and considerate housemates. Conscientious people who are happy to contribute to the running of the house are preferred.

You'd be living with three friendly people; Matt C - Musician and Producer, Anni - conservation student and Rob - studying PhD in psychology. There will be a maximum of four people in the house including you. A private landlord owns the house but we take charge of advertising for new housemates so we can find a suitable fit.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Cyncoed featuring...

* Large, furnished lounge
* Separate garage and separate workshop (great for storage)
* Large kitchen with communal table (includes dishwasher and all utensils you need)
* Spacious garden with beautiful trees
* Plenty of extra storage in conservatory behind lounge for bikes or boards etc
* Long driveway and on-street parking available

Location

*The basic essential shops are 3 minutes walk around the corner - Co-op food, newsagent, post office and the like
* Bus stop to town 3 minutes walk away
* Heath train station is a 20 minute walk
* Only a 20 minute walk or short bike ride to Cardiff Met Cyncoed
* Aldi isn't far...or if you're feeling plush, Waitrose is just a little further

Cost

* The cost of the room is £415 per month, which includes all bills, a fortnightly cleaner, unlimited broadband and multiple Netflix accounts
* Deposit is £415
* Six month contract
* No agency fees
