It is spacious and full of character. We have a a great landlord who lives locally (no agencies involved) and rent includes all bills. Move in date beginning of March.
We are located spitting distance from Roath park and close by to great cafes and shops on Albany road. Its a chilled household with friendly people that hang out when people are home but equally have our own busy lives.
