We also have an online portal to log maintenance issues, which is easy and quick to use and ensures that the property is managed to the standard you would expect.

The reservation fee is £100 for credit reporting, referencing and admin costs, this will be payable when contacted before submitting for referencing. This will then be deducted from your first month’s rent on moving in. You will receive a tenant welcome pack, with a few necessities, local information and important household information.

If the application passes then you will be able to move into the property and we will take first month’s rent and one month’s rent in advance at the time you move in, when we exchange the keys. You can get settled in ASAP as soon as your application is approved.
