Thanks for checking out the ad. We are a household of 3. Two male and one female working in Marketing, Hotel Management and Child Psychology. 2 guys from UK and 1 girl from Russia. We have a room available in a large house on Schooner Way. The room is available immediately.

We are a friendly bunch and are looking for a housemate who likes to cook and eat together often. We like to eat out together, watch movies and just hang out together. We are looking for a like minded housemate who is looking for a home and not just a place to sleep and eat.

We are looking for a professional female (we would like some gender balance in the house). It's important to us that everyone is on a similar work schedule, but we can discuss this. No night shift workers I'm sorry. Post graduate students on the same schedule are welcome too.

The house is located in a quiet area, 15 mins walk from St Mary street and 15 mins to Cardiff Bay. There is a co-op supermarket a few mins walk away and a hotel gym and pub even closer.

The room is available now. The room includes all bills. Internet, tax, electric, etc.. The house is fully furnished and equipped. We have everything from bed sheets, pillows and duvets to cutlery, plates and blenders. No need to buy anything.

The room has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, bedside table with lamp, new desk with chair and table lamp and a small balcony area. It is newly decorated and has a lock on the door.

The bathroom is newly renovated with all new everything. You will be sharing the bathroom with 2 others. There is also a downstairs toilet. The living room has a sofa, chair and bean bags and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious enough for the four of us. There is a private walled garden with a picnic table, bench and BBQ. The garden is big enough to store a bicycle but not a motorbike. There is a dedicated parking space currently being used by one housemate, however there is plenty of street parking in the area. There is plenty of loft space if you need extra storage.

Cleanliness is very important for us as is keeping the noise down at night.

There is a lot more to say but it's best that you come by the house and have a look yourself and have a chat and a cup of tea with us all. We are available to show you the room most days and at most times.
