The bus stop is only 100 meters away from the house. There are many convenience stores, restaurants and various shops within close proximity to the house.

The room is 18 square meter including the ensuite. It comes with plenty of storage space including a storage bed, side tables and a wardrobe. The room has a 32inch tv and broadband internet connection.

The communual kitchen has two ovens, a tall fridge and a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with the utensils for every ones use. There is a utility room where there are washer drier and ironing equipment.

At the back of the house, there is a garden to enjoy the sunnier days of the year.

The rate is all inclusive. It includes:
