A lovely clean double bedroom in a 3 bedroom house in a quiet street close to Eastern Leisure Centre, Cardiff. Bus stop within 2 minute walk which takes you direct into the City Centre in around 15-20 minutes. Off street parking available and house is 5-10 minutes away from A48/M4.

Room has a double bed along with wardrobe for storage and a large chest of drawers. House includes unlimited broadband with shared bathroom and kitchen.

I'm an easy going, friendly and respectful professional who works Monday to Friday. Looking for someone who is friendly, clean, fairly quiet and considerate for a long or short term let. I have experience in letting Mon to Fri and have only had positive reviews from my tenants. Am willing to consider a rent review if a lower number of nights (i. e. less than 4) is required.
