Looking for another housemate to live in a BRAND NEW FLAT with 2 professional girls (24 and 25). Both work through the week but sociable and love a drink at the weekend. It's a double bedroom (or perhaps a three quarter bed) in Pontcanna. It's very close to the park and shops. About £450 a month (including bills). We have a Virgin tv package and broadband. Off street parking available. Ready beginning of September :) The room is currently unfurnished, but does have a cudboard/wardrobe space in the wall (see picture) and a bed could be provided if necessary.
