Two fully furnished double room will be available (all inclusive) in a friendly professional house share in Holgate Close, Danescourt (a lovely, peaceful area of Cardiff) from 1st November.
I aim to to provide you with a place to feel at home, and not just a room to rent

Rooms are on the first floor and will soon be furnished with new double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table.

* ALL BILLS included (water, gas, electricity, TV licence, Virgin fibre broadband and council tax)
* Spacious kitchen/dining room
* Communal living room with a large TV and leather sofas
* Rear private patio, garden furniture & shed (plus a guaranteed BBQ at the first sight of summer!)

The house is well situated within a very quiet close, and is within a short walk of train stations (Danescourt & Radyr), supermarket, post office, local shops, local pub & pharmacy.
Danescourt offers a very good bus service to/from Cardiff city centre and the surrounding areas.

I am a 45 year-old railway professional working 12-hour shifts (mostly nights).
I consider myself completely chilled-out, and would be proud to make you feel at home in our shared home.
I'm looking for a tidy, sociable person to join me in my home. Someone who will pay their rent on time and treat the house as if their own.
I believe professionals and/or shift workers would enjoy sharing my home.
