2 Double first floor bedrooms to rent in a really nice 4 bedroom house on North Road up near Gabalfa roundabout.

Perfect for postgraduates or clinicians working or training at the Heath (10min walk), but also for anyone studying/working in the main university campus or the city centre which is just down the road (20-25 mins walk), also being close to Gabalfa roundabout its got great links to the M4 and the valleys!

Looking for a male and female housemate preferably as we have 1 male and 1 female presently and it'll be nice to keep things equal.

1 Female housemate, a master student finishing her dissertation, can be a little quiet at fist but is friendly.

The other is a Male professional working in therapy while studying as an art therapist.

We are a very friendly group, our house is very much a sociable house, we like people who are willing to hold a conversation from time to time, obviously everyone needs their own space but if you don't mind the occasional chat then you are the one for us.

Initial 3 months minimum stay, however negotiable for longer duration.

Bedroom 1 will come with: double bed, sliding door wardrobe and all white storage and desk as shown. Apologies for the mess in the photos.

Bedroom 2 comes with the desk, wardrobe and bookcase shown.

Kitchen has 2x fridge 1 freezer, washing machine, dryer and dish washer as well as microwaves and shared baking equipment and pod based nespresso.

Bills are subject to change as costings change but are estimated to be £90/month each tenant for gas, water, electricity, internet and TV license, based on a house share bills basis.

Room for parking.

Small pets are fine (hamsters e. t. c.) but anything likely to savage the furniture such as dogs/cats/alpacas probably wouldn't be welcome.
