Small Double room in a 3 bed house.

The room is small, it fits a doubled bed (4 storage draws) wardrobe and chest of draws with some walking space. Its at the back of the house with a window that faces onto the garden.

The house has a dining room separate to the living room. The kitchen has all mod cons, tumble dryer, actifry, coffee machine and grinder. The bathroom is upstairs and has both a bath and shower.

The garden is a good size and has a cherry tree which produces fruit.

Bills included in the rent, subject to fair usage.

Ideally looking for someone happy to socialise but equally happy to chill in their own space. Super fast 300mbs broadband for all your streaming needs! Room is small but if your someone currently working from home, the dining room is available for use. Lgbt household so must be comfortable in this environment.

I work full time shifts in hospitality, which also includes weekends so would need someone mindful that I may have an early alarm on Saturday and Sunday and will show the same consideration for your sleeping pattern!
