Room available in shared flat- Great location

Hi,

I'm looking for a flatmate so I don't have to move out of this awesome apartment.

Well situated, it's a 10 minute walk into town or the Bay. With easy access to Cardiff Central Station and free parking on the adjacent road.

The flat itself has lots of storage, is well insulated and comes with all the mod-cons you'd expect; Underfloor heating, washer/ dryer/ dishwasher, electric hobs, high speed internet and a gigantic television.

The double room is furnished, with lots of storage and comes with a private bathroom.

All of that for £350 p/m (bills are not included, but the place is crazy economical so the bills are always pretty low) you can see why i'm not eager to move out any time soon.

The flatmate (me) is a 25 year old professional, enjoys cooking, films, music, fitness, cocktails and occasional games of DnD. Current flatmate is moving out in January so the room would be available from around then.

Would suit a fellow professional, someone tidy and social with a good sense of humour and who doesn't mind meeting for a drink before moving in so I can make sure you're not an axe-murderer. Thanks.
