I am currently refurbing the flat - a new kitchen to be fitted in coming weeks, and the flat will be available after this is fitted. New flooring will also be going down in the near future.
The flat comes with a resident cat named Guinness, so a like for cats is a must.
Internet, Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions in place.
