Double bedroom available in Cardiff Bay

Currently, I am living in this nice 9th floor 2-bed flat in Cardiff Bay, and I am looking for a flatmate to take the other double bedroom, the room is available now (however, move in date is flexible).

I am looking for a flatmate that is social and I will get on with. Whilst I also respect people’s space. Looking for someone clean and tidy and someone who is considerate of the space we will be sharing.

A bit about me: I am originally from Amsterdam and have been living in Cardiff for 2 years now. In between then, I did my bachelor and my Master’s in Glasgow. In my free time I like to meet friends, go for a pint, watch netflix, explore Wales, go out for dinner, football, hiking etc.

The property has 2 double bedrooms, of which one is an en-suite, an additional bathroom, a large balcony, large lounge, open kitchen, fully furnished, a dishwasher, secure bike storage and parking under the building. A number of hospitality venues are to be found relatively close in the Bay also.
