Currently have 3 occupants, will always be 2 female / 2 male split

All bill included and includes the use of the Laundry Room (Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer) Large open plan Kitchen / Lounge / Dining Room / 2 Bathrooms / Garden

There is street parking available Infront of the property. There are 2 parking permits available for the house and both are still free to claim. There are also non permit spaces in the street.

It is a short bike ride to Cardiff central trainstation and 5 minutes walk to Cardiff Bay shops bars etc. Cardiff International Pool and Gym / white water centre is also close and it is a nice 10km run around the bay and Penarth Marina. Generally a convenient location to live

Professional household, people are generally up early for work so would suit someone with regular hours / job in Cardiff Bay

£750 is large room with a full size desk. Bathrooms are newly renovated with a new washing machine and tumble dryer in a dedicated room. More pictures follow as the renovation completes

2nd bathroom still needs to be finished but should be done by March so will be ready for the last occupant then. I don't live full-time at the property, I will stay there 4-5 weeks in a year at the most
