Hi there, I have a room to rent in a modern two bed flat. I live here with my boyfriend and am looking for an easy going flatmate who likes a good chat but also likes their own space.
We both work during the week in professional 9-5 jobs so would prefer to live with someone who works the same shift pattern, is respectful and does their bit to keep the flat clean and tidy. Evenings are spent doing the usual stuff... going to the gym, watching TV or a film, cooking, eating out etc. We like a drink now and again but if you are a party animal please do not apply!
Rent includes bills (electric, council tax, fibre optic broadband & Netflix). Gated property with a 24 hour concierge so it’s nice and secure. Whilst the room doesn’t have an en-suite, the main bathroom would more or less only be used by you.
