We have a great sized double bedroom and accompanying bathroom available on the top floor of a beautiful 3 story town house located in Windsor Esplanade, Cardiff Bay.

First a little information about the house; with fabulous views of the Bay, this `Grade II` listed house benefits from many of its original Victorian features. The property has 3 bathrooms as well as a separate WC on the ground floor. The ground floor comprises of two large reception rooms, separate kitchen with integrated appliance (including Dishwasher, Washing machine and Tumble Dryer) and double patio doors leading to a small, well-maintained GARDEN complete with bistro dinner table. The top floor's bedrooms look onto the beautiful and undisturbed views of the Cardiff Bay Wetlands Reserve which is ideal for picturesque walks and bike rides right upon your doorstep. There is road side parking one side permit and one site on-permit. With Mermaid Quay a 5 minute walk away, Cardiff City Centre a 5 minute drive/bus ride away and the M4 easily accessible, this is definitely not a property to be missed.

What we'd like to offer is a double bedroom on the middle floor with use of the large bathroom that will be shared with one other housemate. The available bedroom is a lovely size and comes as fully furnished however this can be discussed further. The collective rent for this property is £1,690 (including internet) and is split between 4 of us which works out at £422.50 PCM.

A little information about the current 3 housemates, there are two males aged 28 and 30, as well as myself a 24 year old female. Both males work 9-5, myself I work nights but all housemates are extremely respectful of others and their surroundings. We are all also collectively very clean, tidy and easy going.
