This flat is in Cardiff city centre and is a 5min walk to Cardiff central train station and town. A very short 10min walk to Cardiff bay too. It is the perfect location!
The bedroom is furnished and has a double bed. Rent is £285 per person, per month - this includes the water bill!! Rent and bills together come to around £400 a month.
The flat in total has 3 bedrooms, a large living room and dining area, suitable sized kitchen with washing / drying machine, dishwasher and bathroom and plenty of extra storage.
