Very spacious flat in Cardiff Bay and a balcony with spectacular water views.

One double bedroom is available in a two-bedroom flat 25 mins walk to city centre and 2 mins walk to Mermaid Quay bars and restaurants.

I’m 27 years male, PhD Engineering student. Weekdays I work from 8:30 to 17:00 and go to the gym afterwards. On weekends, I like cooking, socialising, sports, or any interesting activity. I am a social and respectful person.

It would be great to share the flat with another postgraduate (MSc or PhD) so we don’t need to worry about council tax etc. A professional is welcome for short lets.

I really like to keep the flat clean and tidy 24/7 so if you think that you can’t keep up with this rule then we probably can’t survive in the same flat :)

No car park is available as I am already using the space for my car.

Water rates, tv licence, Netflix, and unlimited broadband are included in the rent. We will only share the electricity bill (about £25 each monthly).
