This is a modern 7 en-suite bedroom house located in Cathay’s, Cardiff. Looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract as I am transferring back home. The house is fully furnished with a big living room and open plan kitchen. It includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges/freezers, 2 ovens, 2x4 electric hobbs, smart TV, a spacious garden, and 3 double sofas.
The bedroom has an en-suite, a fitted wardrobe, fitted desk, chest of drawers, double bed, and it’s located on the middle floor of the house.

The house is located close to the city centre around a 15-20 minute walk. 5 minute walk to Roath lake, and a 20 minute walk to Heath Hospital.

There is free on street parking.

It’s all bills included for £465 a month.

The agency is quick to fix any issues with the property.

Tenants are all lovely young professionals who are sociable and friendly!

If you do want this room, you sign for your own individual contract - it’s not a house share. So if any other tenants were to leave it would not affect you.
