Rent is £650 per month, including all bills, so there are no hidden costs or unexpected expenses. A £650 deposit is required. This house is suitable for students or postgraduates (Not suitable for a full-time employee). The new tenant shall coordinate cleaning and trash collection with the current tenants. There is no preference towards gender.

The room is available from 1st April. It can be made available from 30th March as well if you need it! This is a tenancy takeover. The current tenancy ends in September. You will have the option to renew it for longer stay.
