The room is £149 a week (596 a month) and includes an en-suite and all bills included. The flat is shared amongst 4 others and included in the contract is access to a laundry room, games room complete with a PS5 and pool table, free bike storage and access to vending machines and parcel room.
The building is close to many stores, with an 18 minute walk to the city centre and Cardiff university.
